Fast Eddie’s Sandwich Shop is family owned and operated by husband and wife, Ed and Stephenie Fortune, and our sons, Isiah and Myles.
In December of 2007 we first opened our doors as a small franchise. Soon after opening we began seeing this franchise for what it was and not what we thought it was; so going independent was our best option. We officially opened as Fast Eddie’s in January 2010 and haven’t looked back since.
At Fast Eddie’s we believe in treating customers the way we would want to be treated. We want our customers to feel like they are amongst friends when eating at our shop. We believe in the small town feel of knowing your neighbor and providing them with a quality product. We take pride in baking our breads fresh for each sandwich we put out because the end product is more important to us than the speed in which a sandwich is made. By tasting our homemade sides, our pulled pork and freshly grilled chicken and bacon, you can see that flavor and freshness is very important to us.
We hope that all whom eat at Fast Eddie’s will agree that we may not have created the sandwich but we sure have perfected it!
